Doctor I need your valuable advice, As 1 year ago I was diagnosed with DDD and osteophytes from C2 to C6, and due to this my every joint is paining alot even I could not able to sleep or work couldn't able to lye on back its hurt alot… When I start doing any exercise pain become unbearable…I do not understand what should I do.. my life becomes a hell.
But I am thankful for your vedio n will definitely try all this..
May be it's osteoarthritis and my all joints damaged
